A sound bath is a relaxing practice that helps with stress and depression by listening to soothing sounds from crystal bowls. Join for this wellness class led by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Healing (https://www.christinaifurung.com).
Christina Ifurung is an Energy Medicine Practitioner who infuses her practice with the rich wisdom of her Filipina heritage. Drawing from the deep call of ancestry, she creates a healing space that resonates with profound energy. Using crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, an ocean drum, and pala seeds, she curates a transformative, meditative experience. This Sound Bath session combines the healing vibrations of ancient ancestral traditions with an inclusive, welcoming environment for all. Together, we will use sound to clear blockages, restore balance, and connect more deeply with ourselves and our collective energy.
This gathering is not just a journey of personal healing, but also an opportunity to give back—60% of all proceeds will support the growth of CACEN. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, we invite you to join us in relaxation and raise your vibration for a greater cause.
